If you are starting on your journey to womb healing, already on the journey, or simply interested ––this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in-person workshop that will focus on womb healing through breathwork, movement, and tantra. Through these sacred tantra practices, you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability, which advertently guides you to experience true pleasure and bliss. However, impurities may begin to come to surface in order for true healing to take place. I, Ladi Earth, will be your guide for this workshop to support you through this journey of spiritual work and self discovery.
The workshop will start with the movement, breathwork and 5 senses workshop led by Ladi Earth. This will last up to about an hour and a half and most of the movement portion will be blindfolded so no one is comparing their body or movements to anyone else.…
