Community Beach Day & Fundraiser

Twerk and Heal + Mind Body and Movement invite you to join us as we celebrate at the beach for an end of the summer community party! We have grown our community so much in this past year and what better way to celebrate than at the beach creating memories and tan lines? 

 

Healing is beautiful, but let's be honest, it can also be heavy. It asks us to sit with ourselves, feel deeply, and move through things we may have avoided for years. That's why we wanted to create something that reminds us healing isn't only about doing the hard work. It's also about living.

 

We cannot forget to have fun. We cannot forget to put ourselves first. We cannot forget to do what we love - and most importantly, we cannot forget who we are. Because once we forget her, we are really lost. 

 

And we’ve done a lot of work this summer, showing up for ourselves, healing, growing, and planting seeds. Now it's time to celebrate everything we've cultivated together. Reaping the benefits of healing! Healed folks have way more fun, trust us!
