About the event
What happens when we take the movement outside?
Join us for Twerk & Trails, an outdoor movement and connection experience where we'll bring together nature, journaling, and a little bit of shaking!
We'll take a short, easy-paced hike through the Austin Greenbelt, starting at the Spyglass entrance and making our way down to the Flats. This should be a fairly easy walk, there is a lot of loose rocks at the beginning of the trail so please be mindful of your shoes!
Once we find our spot, we'll take some time to settle into nature, journal, connect with ourselves and each other, and, of course, get into some twerking!
This is an opportunity to get outside, enjoy some fresh air, move your body, and connect with community in a different way.
No hiking experience or twerking skills required. Just bring yourself, some water, a journal, and a willingness to move!
