If you are starting on your journey to womb healing, already on the journey, or simply interested ––this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in-person workshop that will focus on womb healing through breathwork, movement, and tantra. 

It will be on top of a neighborhood rooftop, with healing assistance from the different natural elements. 

This workshop will start promptly and 7 pm and doors will close at 7:15 to not disturb anyone else's experience. So please come on time, as there are no refunds and it will break our heart to turn you away! 

We will begin with a 5 seneses workshop that'll help us feel present and empowered in our bodies. Following, we will start the blind-folded movement portion where we will be focusing on hips and butt while intentionally leading our bodies with breath. The workshop will last about a hour and a half and we will hold the space for anyone who wants to debrief and share their experience. 

This workshop is amazing for women and femmes and anyone who wants to be connected to their divine feminine. Come as you are, but we do encourage you to come in something that makes you feel sexy, beautiful, and comfortable. Also, please bring a yoga mat and/or towel to help you move more comfortable. Goodie bags will be given to you to take home with items from the workshop so you can incorporate some of the exercises in your own practice.
