If you are starting on your journey to womb healing, already on the journey, or simply interested ––this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in-person workshop that will focus on womb healing through breath work, movement, and tantra. Through these sacred tantra practices, you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability, which guides you to experience true pleasure and bliss. However, impurities may begin to come to surface in order for true healing to take place. I, Ladi Earth, will be your guide for this workshop to support you through this journey of spiritual work and self discovery.

The movement, breath work  and 5 senses workshop led by Ladi Earth. This will last up to about an hour and a half and most of the movement portion will be blindfolded so no one is comparing their body or movements to anyone else. You will be connected to your body, feeling sensual, loved, empowered, healed, and better than when you left.

Although the workshop will begin at 7:00pm, you can arrive as early as 6a;45pm. Doors will close at 7:15 to not interrupt anyone else’s experience, if you are late you will not be able to enter, no refunds. So please be on time, it will break our heart to turn you away! Come as you are, however we do encourage you to wear clothing that makes you feel sexy, beautiful, and comfortable. There will be goodie bags curated with local Austin goods such as homemade shea butter, yoni steams, body oils, CBD gummies and more. We can’t wait to Twerk and Heal with you! See you soon!

Please bring yoga mat, as you will be on the floor for most of the class.
