Girls Night Out and Twerk and Heal have collaborated to bring you Twerkouts!
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this Twerk & Heal session is not only about reclaiming our womb energy, but also about standing in solidarity with women everywhere who are healing. Together, we move for our bodies, our breasts, and our wombs — the sacred centers of our power.
Twerkouts is where working out meets Twerk! Join us for an early afternoon Twerk session as we shake, pop, and celebrate ourselves and eachother in community. This is a hour long class with a little wiggle room to release the wiggle!
Arrival time to chat and get to know one another will be 12:30pm and class will start promptly at 1:30pm.
Please wear something that doesn't suppress your butt or legs, as you want that area loose to be able to move freely.
