Prenatal Twerk Class

This is for you if you are a mommy-to-be, in your post-partum era, or just trying to get back to your physical routine. You do not HAVE to be a mommy to join this class; however, just keep in mind that this class is made for mothers! We will be doing pelvic floor training, hip work for flexibility, a community sharing circle and of course twerking!I am currently 26 weeks and have been teaching twerk classes for almost 10 years now. I was teaching a class while pregnant one week and realized that my high intensity dance classes were going to take me out haha, but I still wanted to shake sum! SO I decided to make a class for mamas who are like me and want to have fun, be connected to their sensuality and still have a good fulfilled workout!Please bring knee pads if you have them, (some days we will be doing floor work) water (stuido also sells water) , a towel, a journal and pen! I'm so excited for us to build our ass shaking, powerful, sensual mommy crew! Please text me with any questions. We do offer a sliding fee if there is financial hardship.
