The Sensual Mommy

The Sensual Mommy is a workshop designed to help mothers tap back into their sensuality — the part of themselves that once made them feel desired, alive, and fully connected. This experience guides mothers back home to their bodies, helping them feel present and awaken the senses that naturally invite more pleasure into their lives.

Through breathwork, movement, sensory play, mindful listening, and gentle reflection, participants are supported in releasing what no longer serves them and reconnecting with the woman they are beyond motherhood. This workshop offers a sacred pause from survival mode and overstimulation, creating space for choices rooted in pleasure, presence, and self-trust.
