Twerk and Heal ATX

If you are starting on your journey of emodiment, already on the journey, or simply interested ––this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in-person workshop that will focus on womb healing through breathwork, movement, and tantra - just lots of sensual juiciness. Through these sacred tantra practices, you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability, which advertently guides you to experience true pleasure and bliss.Twerk and Heal is only taught in workshop form and  is about 2 hours that will consist of the following:First 20 minutes will be an introduction of myself and other women in the workshop. Connecting, opening up, and preparing the space for vulnerability. We will use the next 40 minutes of that hour to begin our deep breathing and our intuitive movement to really tap into our divine connection within ourselves.
