If you are interested, starting, or already on your journey to womb healing, this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in person workshop with a focus on womb healing through breath-work, movement and tantra. Through these sacred tantra practices you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability to experience true pleasure and bliss.
However, impurities may begin to come to surface in order for true healing to begin. Ladi Earth will be your guide for this workshop to support you through this journey of spiritual work and self discovery.Always remember, healing is not a linear process. We at Twerk and Heal understand this, therefore we curate a safe and fun space for your journey.
