If you are starting on your journey to womb healing, already on the journey, or simply interested ––this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in-person workshop that will focus on womb healing through breathwork, movement, and tantra. Through these sacred tantra practices, you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability, which advertently guides you to experience true pleasure and bliss. However, impurities may begin to come to surface in order for true healing to take place. I, Ladi Earth, will be your guide for this workshop to support you through this journey of spiritual work and self discovery.
