Twerk and Heal Houston, TX

If you are starting on your journey to womb healing, already on the journey, or simply interested ––this is for you. Twerk and Heal is an in-person workshop that will focus on womb healing through breathwork, movement, and tantra - just lots of sensual juiciness. Through these sacred tantra practices, you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability, which advertently guides you to experience true pleasure and bliss.

Twerk and Heal is only taught in workshop form and this go round, Houston will be included in the first half of our second tour. The workshop is about 2 hours that will consist of the following:

• First 20 minutes will be an introduction of myself and other women in the workshop. Connecting, opening up, and preparing the space for vulnerability.
• We will use the next 40 minutes of that hour to begin our deep breathing and our intuitive movement to really tap into our divine connection within ourselves.
• The next hour we will use our environment (music, smells, taste, and touch) to connect with the sensual parts of ourselves to fall in love with parts of ourselves that most seem to abandon.

I will challenge you to dive deep into yourself and dig up parts that may hurt, be uncomfortable, or travel back into your pass to touch some traumatic situations. How deep you dive is all up to you! This is your own journey and I am just here to facilitate and hold the space for you. Everyone's journey is different but we will all energetically be pouring into each other, exuding love, passion, sensuality, and grace.

PLEASE arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins, doors will be closed 10 minutes after start time so that no one else's experience is interrupted and so that we can start settling our energy for it to be calm and open.

-whatever makes you feel beautiful, sexy, and free. Flowy clothing is best, avoid clothing that covers too much skin. TRUST ME, you want to FEEL your skin 😉
