Twerk Class

Twerk-Outs are fun, cultured, and a great time to connect with your body and community.

As a womb practitioner, womb health is always going to at the forefront of these classes, but do not count yourself out if you do not identify as a woman, your energetic womb is honored in these classes as well.

We are looking forward to this series in October! Here is the schedule as follows:

Oct 6: intro to twerk, assilations, vibrator, popping, ticking, and choreography.

Oct 13: Twerk and Stretch. In this class we will be combining twerking and stretching. The hips are a very essential asset to twerking we will be stretching them out with intentional movement and dance moves that will get your booty very close to the floor (;

Oct 20: New Orleans Bounce.
