This journal was created to help women past, shrink or dissolve cyst and fibroids. 
 
I created this journal because a lot of us are walking around with cysts and fibroids, waiting for the medical system to heal us or take something out of our bodies. Somewhere along the way, we forget that we already have what we need inside of us to support our own healing. 
 
Now, I’m not saying don’t see your doctor or ignore the treatments being offered. I believe the medical system is important and has its place. However, they miss the importance of how our body holds emotional and energetic trauma that ultimately manifests these issues into physical issues. So although we may get these medical issues surgically removed, have we dealt with the root of them so that they do not return? 
 
This book is designed to help you emotionally deal with the energy that manifested the cysts and fibroids to ultimately shrink, pass or dissolve them.
