Service Description
This service is for anyone who is feeling disconnected from their bodies, wombs, and sensuality. Are you having a hard time being present? feeling safe in your body? Strong emotions? Poor boundaries? Emotional dependency? Lack of passion or Excitement? Feeling like your body is a foreign space? This one on one and session is for you. We will start with grounding techniques, and move into movements that not only ground you in your own body but also allow you to experience sensations that may have been numb or silent. We will also make a plan for you to continue this self practice at home. When we are not connected to our sensuality (especially as women), physical manifestations can appear in ways such as: - menstrual issues (P.M.S.) -sexual dysfunction -inability to orgasm -low back pain -knee pain -loss of appetite (food, sex, life)
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. However, because supplies and preparation are made in advance, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled class or session will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your session will receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations (without rescheduling) are non-refundable. If you’d like to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll do my best to accommodate you based on availability. Thank you for understanding and for honoring the energy and materials that go into each class and session.
