It is also deeply beneficial for those who feel disconnected from their wombs or hearts, struggle with trusting their bodies, or desire to rebuild a healthier, more loving relationship with their womb. Each session is followed by a guided womb meditation. This meditation creates space for you to listen inward—to see what your womb is holding, what it is asking for, and what it is ready to release.
